My husband and I bank with BB&T and we've never really had a problem". When we hit financially hard times we made it through because of BB&T's
overdraw policy (which we don't pay for each item seperately and pay lots of $35 fee's/. We would take what we needed to get by out of the ATM & pay a one time fee of $35)and because of their constant
credit loan?. I think they are a great bank but I'm actually really upset at the fact that they
CHARGE CUSTOMERS $2 everytime you call the 1-800 number,. They don't warn you either, it just shows up in your account as a debit!. You can only call the 1-800 number once in each
billing cycle and then after that they charge you every single time you call/. I think that's ridiculous'. I've tried calling the
branch location we use for some of the things but sometimes they have no clue what they are talking about or your on hold for an extremely long time, so it's easier to call the 1-800 number but I find it disgusting that they charge you to call them". If your a customer and you need to call the 1-800 number, you should be able to do so without having to pay. 1286a6d
