I complained to the branch manager four times, they kept taking out nickel and dime three and seven dollar fees (not warranted) and multiple fees for only one overdraft, like 30 dollars, I made a stink and they refunded about sixty dollars in false fees, and after that I called the regional manager and told him I lost faith in your bank, so I took my money out. BBT is trying to rip us off with fees fees fees. Even if you complain, they keep taking it out of your statement ever month, more small fees. They think you won't notice it.
